María Ferrer is a performer and creator. “I have always considered movement and dance as my first language… the place from which I could make deeper connections with myself and others. I believe in dance as a space for freedom, activism, and expression; as an experience that allows us to explore the infinite possibilities of our multiple and diverse bodies. An experience that links us socially, historically, and emotionally.” Graduated in dance from the Professional Conservatory of Valencia and further studies at The Place, London Contemporary Dance School. She holds a degree in Pedagogy (UB) and a postgraduate degree in Performing Arts and Social Action (Institut del Teatre).
