A new edition of Bazar Abierto is here, the space for shared learning and thinking, where we invite different professionals to share their tools, practices, and work methodologies. At a time when working as a team, among teams, and in global networks is more necessary than ever to combat atomization and cultivate the common, in this Bazar we want to focus on deepening facilitation. To do this, we have invited David Villota to conduct a training on group inquiry at Graner.
The goal of the training proposed by David Villota is to present and bring closer tools and perspectives on group wisdom and intelligence. Understanding and experiencing how it manifests and expresses itself to learn how to create spaces and moments in our projects and teams for it to emerge consciously, carefully, and effectively for our objectives. This is a practical training where we will learn the tools by testing them with the group itself.
How to create spaces for collective exploration and creation? How to create spaces for dialogue and know how to accompany them?
Aimed at culture professionals, artists, and people dedicated to management, production, or artistic mediation.
