In this workshop, we will explore rhythm through movement and the senses, using our own bodies as percussion instruments. We will tune different parts of the body, listening to how our feet, hips, elbows, and more want to move. We will travel through different soundscapes, discovering the characters hidden within the various layers of sound. These playful exercises will help us fine-tune our listening and express our innate musicality.
