History of Graner’s educational program, whether developed by the center itself or in collaboration with other existing projects, aimed at children from 0 to 16 years old.
Temporary hosting program in public educational centers of artworks from the city’s contemporary art collection, created by active artists based in Barcelona. The pilot edition was carried out at Ramon Casas School (La Marina, Sants-Montjuïc), as part of a collaboration between the Barcelona Institute of Culture, the Barcelona Education Consortium, and MACBA.
Tàndem was a project promoted by the Catalunya – La Pedrera Foundation and the Department of Education of the Government of Catalonia. Mercat de les Flors and Graner took part in the project by partnering with Bàrkeno School, located in the La Marina neighborhood.
Graner – Mercat de les Flors, supported by IMEB (Barcelona Municipal Institute of Education), launched the Body and Movement 0–3 Project to introduce dance and movement into nursery schools, eventually working with 15 early childhood centers in Barcelona. The project was based on a concept of dance connected to the free, natural, and spontaneous movement of young children.
