Bailar con mis amigas es bailar was born from the union of three dance collectives from Barcelona who share a strong friendship: Si Los Martes Fueran Viernes, La Cerda, and Los Informalls. Due to the demands of professional life in the performing arts field, we realized that, amid so much traveling, rehearsing, performing, and working, we had not had the opportunity to come together in the studio to share our dances and methodologies without the intention of creating or producing anything. After the first sessions, which took place towards the end of 2025, we decided, as a closing of the project, to open the doors of our studio to professionals interested in joining the group and being “one more friend.” Four days of pure play and pure dance simply for the joy of sharing.
We are opening four transmission sessions for dance professionals and performing artists in general. This is not a workshop, not a rehearsal, not a showing; it is about becoming part of the team and researching with us. It is about coming to dance with us, because dancing with friends is dancing.
These transmission sessions in the first quarter of 2026 are part of the project selected in the public call BCN Crea Grants – Creation Factories 2025.
- Dates: 4 independent sessions: January 29 and 30, and March 5 and 6, 2026.
- Schedule: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

- Availability: You may register for a maximum of 2 sessions.
