Diana Gadish

Diana Gadish graduated in 2007 from the S.N.D.O. (Superior Studies of choreography in Amsterdam). Trained in fine arts, choreographer and clown, Diana Gadish has worked on several theatre projects across Europe (dance, theatre, performance art and clown) and currently working as a clown with Pallapupas. Her proposal develops street arts, clowns and movement, from fragility and vulnerability, adding performative elements and playing with simple elements (cardboard boxes) with the plasticity of shapes and atmospheres created through movement, leaving behind the trail of a singular artistic installation that interacts with the audience.

Handle with care (2016) plays with simple elements, such as cardboard boxes and papers, and with the plasticity of shapes and the atmospheres created through movement. Without a single word, using a suggestive and poetic visual language, the interaction between the artist and the audience unfolds, eventually sharing the spotlight and completely transforming the space.
