Tommaso Serratore

He is shaped at the Florence Opus Ballet by attending the LOFT, path of specialized training in contemporary dance, and becomes part of Officina Pontormo, a project curated by Virgilio Sieni dedicated to dance and experimentation with the contemporary languages of art. He deepens the study of contemporary dance with Samuele Cardini, Loris Petrillo, German Jauregui, Stefano Mazzotta, Emanuele Sciannamea, Francesca Cola, David Zambrano, Roberto Castello, Carolyn Carlson, Laura Aris, Francesca Pennini, Edivaldo Ernesto. He collaborates as a dancer with the choreographers Daniela Paci, Virgilio Sieni, Francesca Cola, Antonello Tudisco, Roberto Castello, Stefano Mazzotta and Emanuele Sciannamea.

Currently he dances for Francesca Cola eC.ie Zerogrammi. He follows the choreographer Virgilio Sieni as his assistant, in the Anima, in the first edition of the Festival Stanze Segrete and for the project Altissima Povertà, and C.ie Zerogrammi, in activities related to logistics of the LUFT space.

From 2012 he carries on his own path of author, oriented towards the artistic research that leads to the coexistence between different practices and performative techniques, experimenting with the choreographic approach with dancers and non-professionals, including musicians, actors, children, elderly and inmates and collaborating with various musicians including the musician Giorgio Bevilacqua, the flautist Luisa Sello and the electronic musician Gabriele Ottino.
