Last project in residence

Berço das águas is a contemporary multidisciplinary creation born from the encounter between Brazilian artist Ana Maíra Favacho and Senegalese artist Khadim Ndiaye, who is based in Brazil. The project seeks to address socio-environmental issues, moving between the beauty and implicit poetry of nature and the reality of the ecological disasters caused by humankind throughout the technological era, in order to provoke moments of connection and reflection through art. This project invites the audience to look at themselves, at others, and at the world around them.
