La Zampa
Magali Milian studied at the Avignon Conservatory and went on to the CNDC in Angers. Romuald Luydlin started to learn Butô with Sumako Koseki and Nô theatre with Master Kano. Together they began to train in Aikido and develop different approaches to movement.
They founded the company La Zampa and both work as choreographers and performers.
Since 2000, they have created a dozen plays, performances and short films, and organized Research Laboritories Investigation.
Following Requiem project, piece created in successive steps with the guitarist Marc Sens and the rapper Casey, they join in 2012/13 Modul-dance program supported by the Culture Programme of the European Union with their project Spekies, a piece for a dancer and a musician. They also work in the new project of Habits Noirs Collective, Dégradés, written by thriller authors Caryl Férey and Jean-Bernard Pouy.
The next projects are : B&B, a play for young audiences, Pixies 9ch, sound installation /performance from (and with) Valérie Leroux, and Opium with the reporter Julien Cernobori.
