Yinka Esi Graves

British dancer living in Spain for twelve years. It is situated in flamenco from the search for a common expressiveness with the African diasporas. Co-founder in 2014 of the Cia. Dotdotdot dance. In 2016 he created the piece Clay with the choreographer Asha Thomas. His works have been presented in Sadler’s Wells, The Lowry, Gibney Center NY, Mes de Danza Sevilla or Dance Umbrella. He has worked in different tablaos in Madrid, Seville, London or New York and with artists such as Remedios Amaya, Nora Chipaumire, Dorothée Munyaneza, Chloë Brulé & Marco Vargas or the City of Granada Orchestra.
