Graner has the Environmental Quality Guarantee Certificate (DGQA) , awarded by the Generalitat de Catalunya and also the Bike-Friendly Building certificate, awarded by the Barcelona City Council.
The Graner has private rest areas, studios with linoleum and common areas (kitchen, hall and terrace).
Graner has four studios of different sizes and technical characteristics. A big studio with technical conditions, two medium rooms (one with technical conditions and the other not) and a small studio for research work.
