Graner takes part in the III International Seminar on Artistic Mediation DQVAESTO, from June 10 to 12, 2025.

Graner attended and took part in the activities of the III International Seminar on Artistic Mediation, an initiative by RedMeDIA organized by its office in Buenos Aires, Australia – Artistic Residency Space, the MVA Cultural Centre of the Málaga Provincial Council, and the International Cádiz en Danza Festival of the Cádiz City Council. The gathering (held from June 10 to 13, 2025, in Cádiz and Málaga) brought together cultural agents, artists, educators, and the general public with the aim of reflecting on how the artistic is produced, managed, and supported at the intersection of culture and education, participation, or cultural rights.

DQVAESTO featured the participation of Jazmín Beirak, Director General of Cultural Rights at the Ministry of Culture; María Acaso, writer and researcher in critical thinking around visual culture, the arts, and education; Zemos 98, a cooperative that has been a key reference since 1998 in the intersection between education and audiovisual communication; Jorge Gallardo, an Andalusian cultural mediator exploring the expansion of art in relation to territory and nature; Pedagogías Invisibles, a collective with over 15 years of experience in mediation and the management of art+education projects; and Cristina Alonso, co-director of Teatre L’Artesà, the only performing arts venue in Spain with 60% of its annual programme dedicated to mediation practices.

In addition, the seminar served as a meeting point with Latin America, featuring the presence of artist and curator Mônica Hoff from Brazil; Pablo Rojas, Head of the Education Department at the Ministry of Cultures, Arts and Heritage of Chile; Silvina Martínez, artist and founder of the first residency space in South America specializing in artistic mediation – “Australia”; Héctor de Benedictis from Rosario, an Argentine cultural producer who played a key role in cultural management, founding renowned cultural centres and festivals in his hometown; Santiago Trujillo, Secretary of Culture of the city of Bogotá; and María José Cifuentes, Director of Programming, Mediation and Engagement at the Gabriela Mistral Cultural Centre (GAM) in Santiago, Chile. All of them are key figures in the sector, helping to bring new perspectives from their territories and alternative ways of understanding culture and the arts.

The seminar also featured stage proposals by artists working within these folds between culture and participation, such as Paula La Fea, Los Torreznos, Roger Bernat, La Rara, Álex Peña, and Pedro Sepúlveda, among others.
