Espacio Punto de Fuga has invited Graner to participate in the Slowmeetings relational context (20-23 November). Currently, DOOS Colectivo, led by Jemima Cano and Eva Guerrero, manages this training and creation space in Bilbao, which drives the Slowmeetings project. This initiative offers an exploration of the Basque context through Punto de Fuga, allowing participants to engage with ongoing projects, discover creative and performance spaces that make up the region’s dance landscape, and share project presentations to foster synergies and potential collaborations. As part of this gathering, Graner visited La Fundición, Teatro Barakaldo, Azkuna Zentroa, Baratza Aretoa, and also met with the company Proyecto Larrua.
Slowmeetings provides an alternative way of experiencing cultural spaces, moving away from the usual fast-paced professional settings. Unlike festival circuits or panel discussions, it prioritizes relaxed encounters focused on global project sharing rather than the specifics of particular programs. In this spirit, Punto de Fuga, as an exceptional host, curated an insightful and enriching itinerary through the Basque region, offering Graner a valuable learning experience.
