Opening of the creative process for the piece CAER, CAER, CAER, marking the end of a technical residency in Sala G and preceding its premiere at the Auditorio de Tenerife as part of the MapasFest 2022 Festival.
CAER, CAER, CAER (2022): This project began in 2020, seeking a way to share my emotional and physical falls during the confinement. Frustration and the inability to move forward led me to fall. CAER, CAER, CAER is a work that starts with a performative act and eventually falls into contemporary dance. This piece aims to perform actions that lead the body to lose control: exploring the relationship between emotional and physical falls. It proposes a journey into chaos and failure, showing a body that drives itself towards decay through its interaction with objects, soundscapes, and visuals. In 2022, I am working on the extended version with a team on stage.
