INTERGENERATIONAL WORKSHOPS (2012-16)

Once a month on Sundays, adults and children were invited to take part together in an artistic movement experience with a choreographer—dancing and creating together to discover the language of the body and to explore different artistic codes. The choreographers invited to lead these workshops came with very diverse artistic approaches, allowing participants to return on multiple Sundays and experience a wide range of bodily and dance languages. Graner’s intergenerational workshops were held on the first Sunday of each month from 2012 to 2016. There were two workshop sessions: the first for children aged 1 to 4 (accompanied by adults), and the second for children over the age of 5 (also accompanied by adults). While the main focus was on families from the La Marina neighborhood, the activity was open to the entire city.
