Open Studio is a series of open rehearsals that bring the resident artists of Graner into dialogue with their immediate surroundings: other creators and neighbors from the La Marina district and the city of Barcelona. Open Studio does not showcase finished performances but rather creative processes still in the experimental phase, allowing the audience to get a glimpse of the artists’ work, which forms the cornerstone of Graner’s project. In this way, throughout the year, some of the center’s residents open their sensitive working material to dialogue, sharing their questions and artistic practice.
